Thesis Title: Dissertation: Neurorhetoric and the Dynamism of the Neurosciences: mapping translations of mirror neurons across the disciplines
About
I am interested in topics that bridge rhetorical theory, new media, writing studies and the body. Currently, I am exploring the dynamic quality of neuroscience findings as they are translated across different contexts. I am also striving to forge/expand the relationship between the neurosciences and rhetoric. In a broader sense, though, I am interested in the role of the body and neuro/biology in theory-making in the Humanities and Social Sciences. One way that I explore these issues is through digital artwork.
